I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in May 2016
Interview
It was a chill interview with 2 rounds: one being a behavioral interview and one excel case study test both being 45 mins. The interviewers knew what they were talking about and were very welcoming and responsive. The excel test was mostly on pivot tables, a chart was given and had to answer a few questions and analyse the data.
