Amendola Communications interview questions

It was a very personal interview process and it didn't take too long to get from introductions to the offer process. It started with a call from the CEO. It's very important for her to hire for personality in addition to skills. Then, I met with the executive leadership team. From there they requested a writing sample which is standard in this industry.

Was referred by someone. Interview was casual and pleasant. It was in a conference space in the office and the Regional Manager conducted the interview. I heard back in a timely manner and began during the summer. I only had to do an in-person interview - no phone screening prior.
