Interview
Straight forward process. Met with one of the Directors, talked through plans for the future. Gave a presentation on what my take on the sales strategy would look like. Really positive feedback the next day then radio silence for 4 weeks after the final interview and still nothing!! Kind of glad they didn't get back to me as if they can't make a basic commercial decision like that, then it speaks volumes about the business.....
Mechanical, there was no trying to get to know me or how i would fit into company culture never even talked about what's good about working for Amdaris I was essentially reading out my CV for 45 minutes.
