Interview process was smooth, it was initial technical screen.
Pre interview process was great as well, I appreciated how promptly everything was done and scheduled. Definitely a great learning experience.
I got a screening interview at hackerank, I had to solve a problem with Arrays, after that you need to complete 2 behavioral questionaries, they care about the Amazon values when answering those questions
First I spoke to a recruiter, I was sent an online assessment, I passed and then did a virtual interview which I did well but didn't pass, I do think I failed the cultural match and not technical abilities.
recruiter was really nice, but interview was hard. 2 codings, one low level design and one system design. It really depends on your interviewers and what questions they ask. Leadership principles asked in every interview. They really grill you here so prepare.
