The loop interviews were conducted on Amazon Chime and there were 4 of them. Each, with different managers from different posts. Each interview focused on questions related to 2 Leadership Principles

The question was mostly broken into sub-questions: For ex:- Describe a time when you had to tackle a difficult situation. How did you approach it? What did you overcome? What was the result?
during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.

Interview
Primeramente tuve que pasar unas pruebas de inglés ante de llegar a la entrevista que fue larga ya que dura en total más de dos horas (en mi caso fue online) pero te proporcionan desde el principio las herramientas necesarias para completarla con éxito.
Total 2 rounds of interview in one day. Mostly behavioral questions such as 'what are you gonna do if...' super simple questions. Honestly didn't even need to prepare and finished early.
