Interview
The interview process was 2 rounds before I was passed on. The interviewers were thorough and knowledgable and able to answer questions and clearly ask me their questions. The process was efficient with good communication thorough out and I was given feedback afterwards on why they passed which was appreciated.

They asked me my experience level with in house recruiting.
This was for a contract position. I was contacted by a 3rd party recruiter, then was setup with and interview quick with the AWS team, It was just 1 step, 30 minute interview with Senior Recruiter. just 1 zoom call, got the offer the following week and started 3 weeks after that.

At onset, was referred to an open role, applied and was selected for an initial screen from a recruiter. Had heard the interview process was difficult and needed to be prepared. Really need to understand the culture and core competencies of Amazon.
