I was contacted to complete an online assessment and after passing it, I got an email from the recruiter that I was invited to a phone interview with one of the hiring people in the team. When I got to the interview I didn’t feel comfortable to discuss behavioural questions in a phone interview review and not a video call

classic panel, applied for a L6 position but they offered a L5 role, I rejected. It seems that the company is not growing anymore. I worked at Amazon before and everyone with my exact MBA entered as L6.
