I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2021
Interview
At the interview they take everyone who is interviewing for driver, or warehouse. Give them the same general training about amazon. Then from there you are split in to drivers and warehouse where you are put with your respective third party company. Overall the better you adapt to driving in different locations the better you will do. If you make it through prime week, or Christmas you have experienced the possible working season.
Easy and flexible. The process was seamless and was moved into the training process quickly. My resume spoke for itself and the operation was new to the area so drivers were needed quickly.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon (Lakewood, WA) in Jun 2026
Interview
Interview was very straightforward, applied online and got an AI text wanting to set up a time to come in. Came in and went over the details of the job, I was qualified from prior experience, so they gave me an offer later on that day.
mine was a Group interview and relatively simple providing less than 6 points on drivers lisence. they are flexible for your work availability too. Nothing to be scared of unless 6 points or above on the drivers lisence
