I had a reasonable conversation with an L7 who asked a few questions - we had similar experience. At the end I am not entirely sure what he didnt think was sufficient in my answers.

When was a time when you had to handle an underperformer and what did you do?
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.

Proceso largo y tedioso, tanto preguntas teoricas como de resolución de problemas. 3 diferntes niveles, Primero un examen, despues videoentrevista y la ultima rueda de entrevistas. Menos la ultima ronda el resto realizadas por externos a la empresa.
