A great focus on questions related to the Amazon leadership principles. Examples can easily be found if you google it and they are often very accurate. Amazon expects all answers to be in the STAR structure.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you dealt with a demanding customer.
You have an assessment, then you will get invited to a loop interview. You have about 4 -5 interviews within that loop. All the questions are behavioral questions but they focus on keep points of Amazon leadership principles. Your answer should be in the STAR method and you demonstrating the leadership principles and how.

I wasn't from this background so couldn't prepare well and answer well, The HR was good and understanding , she asked me about my pervious roles and companies i worked. She asked my roles and responsibilities and my skillset.

Loop Interview: Four 45-minute one-on-one interviews with a 15 minute break, totaling 3.75 hours in total. Be prepared to have around 20ish stories prepared because the questions that they ask you
