Interview process is very lengthy, panelist are from different verticals helps is ruling out biased approach, gives a good scope to hire the right candidate. Once candidate is shortlisted then there is a debrief and then a decision is made to select the most suitable candidate.

Situation based questions depending on the job profile
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.

Proceso largo y tedioso, tanto preguntas teoricas como de resolución de problemas. 3 diferntes niveles, Primero un examen, despues videoentrevista y la ultima rueda de entrevistas. Menos la ultima ronda el resto realizadas por externos a la empresa.
