Phone screen into two online coding questions that were related to the job position and then the four hour "loop" interview process. The four hour loop consisted of 3 coding questions, a system design question, and 8 leadership principles.

The process was a little convoluted. I can tell they're recycling procedures from other software engineering disciplines which doesn't strictly apply to what would be my position. Seems more like a test of the hoops I'm willing to jump through than my ability.
