Visto l'annuncio su linkedin mi sono applicato tramite la loro piattaforma. Dopo 1 mese ho ricevuto email dove mi veniva chiesto di fare una call conoscitiva con loro di 15 minuti. Colloquio molto tosto anche perchè interamente in inglese anche se la posizione era per una sede in Italia. Imparate molto bene i valori di leadership e raccontare storie usando il modello STAR. Successivamente ci sarebbero stati 3 colloqui da 30 minuto l'uno tecnici ma non sono passato.
