2 interviews 45 minutes each. They use the Star method and really go based off how well you use it, as well as your answers. We used chime to do the interview, it was online, not in person meeting just yet

Describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult team member and how did you work on that to focus on the goal?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
