The interview started with a session where you can ask any questions and what to expect in the interview. Afterwards you are moved to another breakout room with your first interview. There was a back to back interview process. Everything went smoothly and the interviewers were amazing. It was a solid interview.

What would you do if a coworker was doing something outside of the protocol?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
