The interview process was built on STAR questions. In HR you go through so many situations but sometimes you just don't go through the situation you are asked during that interview and this was the case.

Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.
I had three back to back interviews with three different interviewers a day and one interview took up to 30-40 minutes. It was a university hire process and I got heard back within 5 days.

Reached out by recruiter via linkedin and conducting a virtual 3 hour interview session with 3 different HR leaders. Standard and generic questions regarding previous experience and questions were asked utilizing the STAR method.
