Border case disrespectful since they require a lot of preparation and give 0 feedback; per company policy - well who and why designed and implemented the policy. Can be (and likely is ) extremely subjective because of the no feedback policy. Persons with friends inside can get 'better prep'. How is this superior to standardized test / certificates is beyond my understanding. Interviewed for somewhat technical roles and lack of attention to details in questions/cases was astonishing... given the nature of potential roles. "The best" try to educate during the interview.. well in some cases pushing interviewee to say a solution was scalable when s/he explicitly clarified that value of solution was elsewhere can be ... interpreted in various ways.
