Typical STAR Interview. Interviewer told me I was impressive, he liked speaking with me and that I should hear back in 2 days. I never heard anything. They sent me an interview survey form later and I said I was waiting to hear back and it would be good if they could close the loop. I also followed up with recruiters twice via email and they never responded. Very unprofessional especially since they guarantee 2 day response. I've interviewed with a lot of companies and only one other company has ghosted after an interview.

Interview
Amazon has a very thorough and structured interview process. While it can be intimidating, I found it to be efficient. The communication was positive and follow-through was prompt. The best advice I received (and now give) is "prepare, prepare, prepare" - watch videos, understand the STAR method, have multiple examples ready.
