Interview
1. First round was a phone call with hiring manager/recruiter for job fit and basic overview of resume requirements
2. Second round was a phone call for a technical interview for skills
3. Final round was a portfolio panel interview for going over projects and who you are as a researcher with the processes you have. Included in this all day affair are 1:1s with different stakeholders to gauge your communication and research skills with hypotheticals and behavioral questions.
