I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon (Riverside, CA) in Sep 2020
Interview
Challenging, but not unfair. As others mention, study STAR Methos, Study the amazon principles. Add metrics, then add more, then when you're done with that, add even more metrics. Every response you give should tie to a measurable KPI.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to sacrifice productivity for safety and what was the result?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
