Interview
Two rounds in total. One online testing process, both technical and behavior. One 2-h remote interview with two interviewers. Each begins with 2-3 behavior questions and a coding problem. I am disappointed because they never inform you if you are rejected. You'd have to log in to their job system and check it for yourself. Also the HR who arranges interviews only send group emails. And the confirmation deadline is strict and urgent.

Evaluación remota automatizada en HackerRank. Se divide en un examen de conocimientos de desarrollo y una prueba psicotécnica/situacional sobre resolución de conflictos y cultura de empresa. Todo el proceso es digital y autogestionado por el candidato.

Pretty easy, asked a backtracking question and was willing to help out throughout the coding process, rest of the interview was behavioral asking about projects I did in the past.

Interview
Applied in Oct, got an OA in mid Dec, and an interview afterward in late Jan, and interviewed in early Feb. The interviewer was nice. 1-hour interview: technical at the beginning (2 questions: graph & 2D matrix) and behavioral (Amazon Leadership Principles) at the end.
