Very simple questions as far as background (IE take me through your resume). Then 2 questions surrounding the leadership principles in relation to my work experience. I felt pretty quickly that the interviewer was not interested (as the breadth of the interview lasted around 21 minutes). The process seems pretty regimented and was not the best fit for both parties.
