I was virtually interviewed two times using Chime video and two other phone calls. The process is awful and so unprofessional. Interviewers don't follow their scheduled time to meet and they don't stick to their timeframe to let you know about the process.

Describe a situation questions STAR method.
Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.
I had three back to back interviews with three different interviewers a day and one interview took up to 30-40 minutes. It was a university hire process and I got heard back within 5 days.

Reached out by recruiter via linkedin and conducting a virtual 3 hour interview session with 3 different HR leaders. Standard and generic questions regarding previous experience and questions were asked utilizing the STAR method.
