Interview
The process was quite simple but a little lengthy. First round is assessment test which included grammar questions and communicate skills, followed by face to face interview ( they prefer Star method) final step was document verification
AI - Quiz based on Amazon Leadership questions
Language assessments - the first question in my native language test was awful but the rest were a lot easier
Studied a YouTube video on the leadership principles in advance and considered those when answering questions

Interview
Difficult questions but after while manageable. It needs a good time management and prepare questions before so you do not run out of time. Anyway once well prepared you will sound more confident.
In person interviews are basically for checking if you will be able to handle a situation on your judgement or not
Be confident and ready for rotational shifts and rotational week offs
