Know how to tell a story, know what the star method is as this is how you will be graded on your interview. If you can’t tell a story in proper sequence from beginning to end, don’t expect to be considered for the job.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to make an important business decision and had no time to weigh all options.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
