Emailed initial questions to screen out anyone who won't agree to flexible working conditions, then phone interview with Human Resources Manager involving situational typed questions using the Amazon STAR method.

When did you take a risk, make a mistake, or fail? How did you respond, and how did you grow from that experience?
Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.
I had three back to back interviews with three different interviewers a day and one interview took up to 30-40 minutes. It was a university hire process and I got heard back within 5 days.
