Interview
Phone screen with the recruiter followed by a phone screen with the hiring manager. The recruiter was very friendly and nice. The hiring manager was not friendly from the start of the phone screen. She was very cold and came across as though she had no interest in the call. It was very disappointing and didn't seem like a great leader. From that point, the recruiter didn't answer my follow up email and I was sent the standard Amazon decline email.
I also have to say, applying to their website is pointless. Unless you have a connection at Amazon or a recruiter responds to your LinkedIn message, it's silence. Why apply?
Behavioral questions (tell me about a time when…) based on leadership principles, lots of interviews (recruiter, hiring manager, peer, client/customer, bar raiser, and one other potential interviewer). Interviews conducted in person.

It is good rating is 8 to 9 more round to crack it and process go smoothly with regular updates and follow up from team. Always check emails don't miss it. Good luck
Didn't make it pass the first round of tests and questions. Multiple round and there is a long process . Applied online and it was easy to apply. To get to the other round had to do the online tests which was alot.
