Interview
My welcome event which was booked in got cancelled and was turned into a telephone call interview. They started to explain the company and what they do. Went on and explained procedures and extra useful information eg: clothing, absences etc. Then I was asked a few questions and was told if I get accepted they will sort out my shifts and be told to come to a training day at the warehouse.
Not too bad pretty easy and straightforward, simple question surrounding handling and moving. Make sure you know basic safety rules as they will ask you, for example how do you carry heavy items.
Apply online, go to the on-site office for oral drug swab and ID picture. Start date is assigned once background check comes back. The actual start date will depend on how fast the check comes back but isn't normally delayed.
Very simple and straight forward. Drug Test and Valid ID. Very few forms to to complete and a very short waiting time. The staff was very professional and efficient. Helped you with any questions or parts that you were unsure about.
