I was referred to the position via a recruiter. The first step was an online test then after passing the test was a 30-minute interview in my second language to make sure I could speak efficiently. The woman did not ask many things outside 'why amazon, why hr.' Overall not too hard, but make sure to prepare answers in the language in the description/other language.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Mar 2018

Entrevista telefónica con un consultor externo no duró más de veinte minutos. El entrevistador no había leído mi CV, y se dirio a mi llamándome con otro nombre varias veces a pesar de haberle dado a conocer su error.
