There was no interview process. Go in for a 3 to 4 hr presentation, do a drug test, background check and get your picture taken. No questions asked, no resume required.

They asked about my availability, whether I was able to lift weights up to the required limit, and if I was comfortable with the work location. Can you do it safely.
