The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Amazon (Schertz, TX) in May 2019
Interview
I did two phone interviews and spent two weeks waiting to do an onsite interview which didn’t happen. They told me I didn’t get the first position I applied for, but were gonna make a new position for me which in the end after doing another phone interview they decided they weren’t gonna make the position. This process was from May to August. I do feel like I was penalized because I wasn’t able to relocate, but they did say if I’m able to then they would consider be again. Everyone I talked to was really nice, I just wish it wouldn’t had taken this long.

Question 1
What can you contribute to the public relations team.
Phone screen (audio only) then “video loop” with several people over the course of half a day. Questions tied to their Leadership Principles with expectation that responses are in STAR format. The recruiter was incredibly kind and helpful and hiring manager also very nice.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
Positive interactions with friendly team and manageable challenges, yet obscured expectations and desired profile for the position created uncertainty, impacting a complete understanding of the role. You have to be proactive and ask all questions so you can have a better understanding of the role.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you turned a project into something bigger than it was.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Berlin) in May 2022
Interview
I had quite a negative experience, the interviewer was in a rush, asked two random questions and closed the interview. I have prepared for a week with all the available materials in the internet but she was obviously not interested in my candidacy...
This was not the promised ''good candidate experience''
