To be straight forward, almost everyone gets a job at Amazon. As long as your background check and drug test goes well, you’re in. If you don’t pass the drug test, you can take it again after a certain amount of days. You apply online, choose a schedule, and receive and contingent starting date as the business needs you. Many Amazon’s can start as soon as the next week and have a variety of schedules to choose from. Everything is done online and you don’t have to talk directly to any managers in order for approval.
Was bare minimum. Just applied for the job through the app and then had to shore up to do the drug test. It was the easiest job applying experience I have ever had

Interview
Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
