Question 1
Questions all based on Amazon leadership principles and these where sent by the recruiter prior to interview, ensure STAR technique is used to answer. Each interviewer has two different principles.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
