I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon in Jul 2017
Interview
Phone interviews. 3 phone interviews before told there was no fit. The focus seemed to be mostly on whether I would travel a lot (yes) and whether I would relocate to Seattle (no).

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Munich, Bavaria) in May 2021

The usual series of Amazon questions. You get the intro with HR screener, then 1 or 2 with the team and then the famous 4 or 5 final round with the bar raiser

Question 1
What do you know about this division and then variations of the 13 principles.
Received an email to confirm for telephone interview. Selected the time for the interview in 2 weeks time, and only to find out Big company like amazon don't seem to consider for people's talent first, they won't go through if you are not UK citizen or EU citizen when they find out you are on tier 2 work visa. Afterall, why would they even mention they are 'equal opportunity employer'. I don't see them being so equal.!
