Intially a recruiter round . Post that 3 rounds in a single day with the different managers. Questions were more or less the same from all the 3 rounds.they need prior experience in the current field.

Easy and brief. They ask you behavioral questions and see if you are fit for the fulfillment associate. Customer service is a plus. Would not recommend to anyone coming out of college.
Avoid jargons and be yourself. Tips share your experiences aligning it to Amazon principle. Give special focus on your achievements where you showed customer obsession. All the very best for your interview.
