There was no interview. Received an email that gave a date, went to location with almost 40 other people dressed for an interview. They sat us down, had us watch a video about Amazon, walked us in a room where we did our own drug test. We got another email maybe 5 days later givings us options on orientation dates. And that was it

No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.
Agency, little contact, limited information, told never allowed to say no. Even if they are braking the rules, they dont like people pointing out issues, as because if they record them thats when they can get in trouble for it.
