Interview
The interview process was quick and organized, the rounds were lengthy but made sense from an overall perspective. Extremely professional and good interviewers, made me feel good about the process.

Question 1
None. The questions were about my past experience and role and it made sense why what was asked.
Focus on Leadership principals and related questions. STAR structured answers are expected. Multiple rounds with different members of the broader team and also outside the team. Everyone was very friendly and polite in the interviews.
4 interviews, one written test. Great support from their HR team. Interviewers we’re pretty stiff, no one smiled, cannot imagine the atmosphere at work/ working with them. The last interview was with the global program manager.

The interview process consisted of a screening call with the hiring team and an interview loop composed of 5 Amazonians, where 3 are part of the team, 1 outside of the team as the bar raiser, and 1 who assessed my SQL skills.
