There are 2 rounds of assessments. One is on language ability, including listening, reading, speaking. The other one would be more focused on attitude test. There will be some simulated situation on actual working task with time limit.

Just a written test on basic investigative skills and communications, including email drafting and navigating their platform. Also they tested you your priority over some tasks happening at the same time. No preparation needed. Email confirmed the offer after months.
