Interview
It was quite simple and painless process.
First after applying i was given a test on the computer to see if i would be a good fit then i scheduled an interview arrived had a group interview we were told about the opportunity and took a prescreening drug test. After the interview we were sent an email with direction to the following site. A third party analyzed my work history and gave me the green light and i was good to go.

If you see someone is not feeling well what should you do?
I was hired in 2018 there was no interview just a series of short tests online and then went in person for a drug test and onboarding. No interview. The drug test was a mouth swab but half the groups got urine tested
They asked about my availability, whether I was able to lift weights up to the required limit, and if I was comfortable with the work location. Can you do it safely.
For this position, there was no interview required. The application process was very simple and only required to fill a series of questions relevant to the employer, was hired on the spot.
