I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Doncaster, England) in Sep 2016
Interview
It was a very quick process that involved many stages. The video interview was relatively simple, as long as you follow the STAR format you will be fine. The assessment day was really enjoyable, the company pays for any travel costs and may potentially put you up in a hotel for the night. There were four interviews with four different people from four separate fulfilment sites. Their main purpose was to gage whether you have the personality to cope with the job requirements. Again, the STAR format is key.
