Interview
Interview happen throughs walk-in, Consultancy or employee referral
Total 5 rounds
First one was HR screening where they check the communication skills of the candidates
prepare on self-intro and any topic (5min)
Second round was Watson & Gabler online test 40 questions for 40min (Refer sample and indiaBix)
Ex: Inferences, Assumptions, Deductions, Interpretation, Conclusion follows or not,
Third round was Versant round a telephonic round were u will call and follow(20min)
5 Parts in it
1. 10 Statement u shd read whichever number is called.
2. Repeat the statements which u listen.
3. Repeat 3 small story in 30 sec each.
4. Answer the questions ex. what do u drink Water or food and u say water.
5. Speak on the topic for 40 sec.ex. Do u prefer city or village?
(Google Versant and u will get the similar audio file listen for an idea)
Tip: Never Speak fast or stay blank.
Fourth & Fifth will be operational round(40 min each) where the team leader or the supervisor of that dept will be asking few questions about the job role and understanding of that particular job role offered to the candidate

>For interested BE experienced ppl kindly remove all technical terms from the resume or you're out at 4 round, will not recommend if you're an Engineer.

3-4 rounds, testing English language skills, situation-based questions, aptitude and logical reasoning. The clear one round and move onto the next. After clearing all the rounds, a face-to-face interview is scheduled to see if you are a good fit.

Overall Interview was smooth, and they have a flat hierarchy, so it makes new people feel ease and comfortable. I had a positive experience. Most of the questions will be related to the job description
