After a "pep-talk" from our groups recruiter, the two-part interview process began. I found the environment to be welcoming and far from stressful. This confidence could have also spawned from the make-up of the candidate pool, which was filled with upcoming or recent college graduates. Regardless, the two part interview consisted of two 45 minute interviews, one consisting of behavior-based questions, and the other situational based.
