Pretty standard. Describe yourself, what qualities do you possess, can you work with people. There was a lot of defending Amazon's reputation as being a difficult place to work and difficult company to work for.

I was asked to give a example from my experience when I affected change in a past job.
Was bare minimum. Just applied for the job through the app and then had to shore up to do the drug test. It was the easiest job applying experience I have ever had

Interview
Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
