Was reached by someone on LinkedIn. Then an interview was set, followed by a 1/2-week offer letter, but the start date was pushed back by 2-4 months, mainly because they have to find an opening aligned with the location preference. If no preferences, you could potentially start sooner

Difficult but rewarding interview process. The interview process took a few weeks. It starts with an online application and assessment, then ends with an in-person interview session, which lasted about 4 hours.
Initial would be a normal test online after you have applied. Final round is 3×45 minutes virtual video panel interview. Learn amazons leadership principle and have varietys of example from your previous job or academics.
