Amazon’s SDE interview consisted of an online assessment followed by multiple technical rounds focused on data structures, algorithms, and system design. Behavioral questions based on Amazon’s Leadership Principles were heavily emphasized. Interviewers evaluated problem-solving depth, clarity of communication, and ability to handle trade-offs. The process was structured and transparent, with prompt scheduling and detailed expectations shared before each round.

The final round consisted of 4–5 virtual onsite interviews covering Data Structures & Algorithms, System Design, and a heavy emphasis on Amazon's Leadership Principles.
