Interview
The screening process was very comfortable and allowed for a range of topics to be discussed. The people I spoke with were all professional and approachable. An initial screening took place with an administrator and then follow-on interviews were held with managers of the team and then the department in which the position resided.

Interview
Was setup by a very friendly recruiter who sold the company as building up statistics services to enhance their portfolio. I then spoke with the CEO and a representative from Data Sciences. They were very excited about machine learning but displayed very little knowledge of statistical functioning within normal drug development with what appeared to be a slightly condescending attitude towards the idea of building that kind of structure. Process was smooth and we parted ways quickly after determining a lack of fit. The next step would have involved a skill demonstration.

Recruiter screening went well, very friendly. I was interviewed by 2 people, one of them was actually very nice. The other one was unprofessional and condescending really. I didn't feel that the interview is well structured at all.
