Interview
Interview process involved a tool test with component meshing using hypermesh in the first round. Second round was technical round and final round was HR round.
The tool test was most important of all as candidates who did well on tool test ended up getting the job . The overall experience was great as i got job :)

Telephonic discussion held. It was a small requirement for customer of altair. Altair's Core business is automobile and software development. People who interviewed are really knowledgeable and meaningful. So pls take time to prepare for interview.

This requirement was for piping domain (Mechanical Engineer). Altair-India doesn't involve with piping jobs. Before someone gets an interview call check for the requirement and know the job description, decide how long it will suit you and how far it will suit you.

This is the first-round screening. I applied online and they reached me just one day after. They said my resume looks good and want my transcripts. Questions were just ordinary. After interview, I emailed them but told next Monday they have better choice. They were very efficient in this interview.
easy not much probs....tool test....plastic meshing.....wont take much time...within one or 2 days they will give the result...questions on quality parameters...basic fea questions wil be asked...nothing more...HR round will specify your salary...no negotiating...you have to accept the offer they put forward...else you can leave
