I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alphawave (Canada) (Ottawa, ON) in Dec 2021
Interview
Submitted resume, followed by 1st round interview with a high level VP. Interview was mostly qualitative/non-technical. Job responsibilities were not very clear, however potential for growth was emphasized.
Was contacted that 1st round was successful, followed by an immediate request for reference check. No feedback or offer provided, or indication of any further interviews.
Overall the process was indicative of a company that does not understand what they are looking for, or how to attract qualified candidates. Would not recommend.
