Worst Interview process they follow. They won't even send the job description and ask the candidate to come for the interview. During the interview process they won't even say the role and ask the candidate himself what he is expecting the company. The technical interviewer himself doesn't know what to ask and he himself is confused about what to ask. He doesn't know the concepts and ask irrelevant questions. Very arrogant and attitude manager i think , even though he has two hands to introduce himself shaking hands with left hand sarcastically. Don't say he may be leftie he is not he writes with right hand. I just wasted more than 3 hours with this kind of guys in my life. Don't call the candidate for the interview and do time pass with him if you don't have the requirement.
