I got a call from the company and they asked me basics of web development and some react basics, then I got a WhatsApp message for next interview. The next day I went there, the staff was polite. Handed me a form to fill my details and gave me another paper for aptitude questions.

Who invented react? react rendering, react DOM, SQL, types of queries, update syntax, some quant, series etc.

I got opportunity to sit in placement drive for the company via my university so let me go straight to what i got there:
first there is a preplacement talk now here it should be like company dignitaries come and just showoff the things which they have but here they actually added one more thing they asked to if anyone want to switch with Software Quality Executive Role like yes there is already a coding technical MCQ test after that to evaluate us but what they guys said "we want someone {in ai/ml} to be the best not just the fresher" oh come on you are coming to college and you are expecting that we already that thing with us then why should we waste time here shouldn't we target for 8 LPA+ thing ,if we had everything in our bucket like they are saying we have this beautiful training programs and all but ultimately you said here that you need the bestones only who already had the everything okay leave this thing
next technical test genuinely the best round and only satisfactory round having technical coding questions more then the aptitude base questions
but they took people with literally 20-30% having score for the same round for the next round
and then comes the SCAM round Group Discussion ahh literally how can i explain it after having a such disappointment here
they gave one hypothetical question with followed by domain questions, now generally you may look for technical skill and communication skills right but here there is this thing you should have good argumentative skills like you have to speak against the other guys points technical questions are just to see that you have a tongue to speak or not because they took the people who have literally not that much capacity or ideas for that domain
now they took those least technical skills people for the next round immediately asked to go to company place from the University within a hour for technical round
where they rejected them obviously they dont have the technical skills they should have
like seriously they take 7-8 non-tech role people but 2-3 tech guy which has the least knowledge
if you dont want fresher or dont have vaccancy for the role please dont send the false job description and job roles vacancy thing to anyone right
